Ruslan is a qualified Osteopath and fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council. Coming from a family of Doctors, Ruslan’s passion has always been to help people with their health.

After graduating from the ‘British College of Osteopathic Medicine’ with a ‘Masters in Osteopathy’ and ‘Diploma in Naturopathy’, Ruslan started working with leading American and UK Chiropractors diving into the ‘Art of Healing from Within’. After joining the ‘N8 Health’ team and under the mentorship of Dr Paul McCrossin he was quickly mesmerized by the unique SACRO OCCIPITAL TECHNIC (SOT), which is actually a merge between Chiropractic and Osteopathy. In 2021 Ruslan took over ‘N8 Health’ from Dr McCrossin with the intention of continuing the legacy of providing an outstanding care for the community.

Ruslan is also a certified Afferentologist and a member of the ‘Institute of Osteopathy’, ‘Sacro-Occipital Technique Organisation Europe’, ‘Sacro-Occipital Research Society International USA’ and the 'Association of Certified Afferentologists'.

He is an avid Martial Arts practitioner and Table Tennis player. Him and his 8 years old son Alexander are proud members of the ‘Lee Taekwondo Academy’ and ‘Grip Table Tennis School’ where they regularly practice.

From an early age, Paul was always interested in how to achieve optimal health rather than simply avoiding being sick and with a keen interest in science, Paul knew early on that Chiropractic was the right career path for him.

From an early age, Paul was always interested in how to achieve optimal health rather than simply avoiding being sick and with a keen interest in science, Paul knew early on that Chiropractic was the right career path for him.

Paul moved to the UK in 1998 and quickly established himself as a leader in the UK profession through his involvement in the United Chiropractic Association. Winner of the UCA ‘Chiropractor of the year’ award in 2010, Paul is also the former President of the association and heads the peer & ethics committee which allows him to fulfil his passion for helping other chiropractors in the UK practice safely and ethically. Paul now regularly takes time out from the practice to serve as an expert witness to help other Chiropractors with regulatory cases.

As a father of two, Paul has a special interest in how Chiropractic can help mothers throughout of pregnancy and in the important role of Chiropractic care in babies and children. He is a certified practitioner in Webster technique which can assist women with pelvic alignment in pregnancy.

On a personal front, Paul loves to exercise and is a keen endurance athlete having run in 10 marathons and countless triathlons. He loves cycling and completed the Paris-Brest-Paris twice (a mere 1200km meander across France!!) He also loves skiing and worked as a ski instructor for a couple of seasons alongside his chiropractic studies. He met his wife, Charlotte through a running club whilst on a ski trip to Colorado in 2011 and they live in Hertfordshire with their two boys Charlie and Henry.

Paul’s advice to everyone is:

  • Don’t take life too seriously
  • Always try something new and value your friends and family

With 5 years experience as a qualified first-aider, Tao gained a burning passion to help people in need and grew strong interest in healthcare, which ultimately influenced his decision to study Chiropractic degree, in which he graduated from University of South Wales with Distinction.

Tao believes Chiropractic is beneficial to everybody across all age groups. ‘Understanding is the first step of healing’, hence he would often take extra mile to explain and educate regarding how the human body functions and how chiropractic helps to achieve its full potential.

Influenced by the multiculturalism in Malaysia, Tao is fluent in multiple languages: English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay. When he is off work, he often finds himself at the gym, planning his next landscape/astrophotography shots and hunting for the best Asian cuisine and bubble tea around London!

Yiyang has always been keen in helping others especially his loved ones since a fairly young age but did not know how. He was unintentionally introduced to chiropractic by accompanying his dad to an appointment with the local chiropractor.

Yiyang has always been keen in helping others especially his loved ones since a fairly young age but did not know how. He was unintentionally introduced to chiropractic by accompanying his dad to an appointment with the local chiropractor. His attention was caught when his dad’s neck pain was resolved without any medication nor surgical interventions. Now fast forward to the present, he is a chiropractor who graduated with distinction from University of South Wales.

Yiyang believes chiropractors are in an excellent position to help the public achieve their goals; be it just getting out of pain, prevention care or seeking maximum functionality. With SOT technique, spinal manipulations and advice, Yiyang can help you improve your health and provide tools to maintain it in the long term.

Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and discovering delicacies around the world. Feel free to recommend some hidden gems to him!

As a practice manager and Ruslan’s wife Miriam works closely with our front desk clinical assistants team to ensure we provide outstanding care to our members and also to the community.

Miriam and Rus met in 2006 through work in Kilburn, London.  With their son Alex they have been North Finchley residents for the past decade. Taking over from Dr Paul McCrossin they are ready to give back and help the community.

Working for years in a tennis club Miriam has seen first hand how important it is to balance hard training and looking after your body in more than one way. Certainly Chiropractic and  Osteopathy, complimented with Massage, are the important ones.

Jonathan Caruana

Jon’s interest in massage originated while training as a contemporary dancer at Trinity Laban. He was introduced to Contact Improvisation and other physical practices which used different bodywork influences.

Jon’s interest in massage originated while training as a contemporary dancer at Trinity Laban. He was introduced to Contact Improvisation and other physical practices which used different bodywork influences. During that time he learned how the body and mind can restore and connect through human touch. He found massage therapy an aid to heal, prepare the body for movement and cultivate awareness.  

He has always been fascinated by the moving body and feels that his previous dance experience and massage complement each other, as it deepens his curiosity of how the body functions.

His treatment approach is highly influenced by his movement experience. Together with intuitive listening touch he uses a fusion of modalities to provide a unique treatment that responds to the persons needs at that moment in time within a Holistic approach.

He helps a variety of people, from desk workers to performers, people with trauma and the elderly. He works closely with his clients to identify what brought them to the treatment room. What he aspires to when working with people is to help them restore physically, mentally and make them more in tune with their body.

After qualifying in Holistic Massage Therapy, Jon studied Advanced Clinical Massage Training at Jing Massage School, specialising in chronic pain relief. Jon continues to learn from inspiring body workers. He is currently completing a level 5 certification in Soft Tissue Therapy.

Outside the treatment room, Jon teaches movement and engages

 in various movement practices to learn more about the moving body.

From relaxing Swedish massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage to Deep Tissue Massage. Currently studying Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy and Sport massage level 5. 

Outside clinic, Yuka loves to hang out with her friends and enjoy Prosecco, watching football and playing with her cat. Yuka also enjoys listening to music and drawing pictures, if there is enough spare time.

I was born and raised in South-East of Poland in beautiful small town near Carpathian Mountains. After my GCC Exams I finished BA degree in Social Care in Krakow 2008. That’s when I decided to join my friends in London. I was curious, wanted to improve my English and loved multicultural City life.

I was born and raised in South-East of Poland in beautiful small town near Carpathian Mountains. After my GCC Exams I finished BA degree in Social Care in Krakow 2008. That’s when I decided to join my friends in London. I was curious, wanted to improve my English and loved multicultural City life. I was working in various industries, coffee shop, care assistant, nanny and I was never bored, but my heart felt calling to reconnect with nature and after a few years I moved to remote Isle of Skye, where stayed over a year studying hairdressers, which was always my passion and qualified SVQ level 1 and 2 in 2015. That's when my healing journey started, I was taking more holistic and alternative approach to life. I moved back to Poland and came across chiropractic treatments, which changed my life. In 2017 I spent three months in South of India, fell in love with Ayurveda and experienced power of basic organic food and body detox. I qualified in Ayurveda and Panchakarma Therapy and Massage. On the way back from India I've stopped in London and decided to join the N8 Health Team. And here I am, since then qualified as Massage & Deep Tissue Therapist ITEC Level 3. I believe that our body can heal itself, when guided in a correct way. Nutrition, movement, detox and balance are key to happy life. I love plants, music, art, essential oils and chocolate, especially on the beach or in the woods.

Being at N12 Health has given me the opportunity to witness the overwhelming benefits of Chiropractic care. 

I truly enjoy meeting and getting to know our new patients, people of all ages, children and even babies!

I have been living in the north London area since I was born and am married with two grown up sons who have left home to start their own journeys.

I have spent most of my working life helping in my mother’s beauty salon business in Whetstone, taking over on her passing until the pandemic forced us to close the business.

After over a year at home looking for a new avenue to follow, I discovered N12 Health and joined the team as a chiropractic assistant. Being a novice in this field, I was keen to find out what this care was about and have enjoyed the experience both personally and seeing the positive affect it has on our patients.

In the summer of 2016 I decided to do some work experience here as I was considering to study Chiropractic at university. 5 years later I am now in my final clinical year, only a few months away from graduation.

In parallel to my studies and working here as a Tech CA, I am pursuing my sporting career in Freestyle Olympic Wrestling. I currently wrestle for Team GB and have competed in multiple national and international competitions. Being an athlete, I have been exposed to a number of sporting injuries which have yielded valuable personal experiences. While some injuries were physically painful, the real pain was missing out on doing the sport I loved which was a big psychological challenge I faced. This sparked my interest in wanting to work with elite athletes to recover from injuries, return to their sport and achieve their dreams. Treating a variety of patients this clinical year in my university placement including the elderly and sedentary populations has opened my mind and altered my vision. My goal and passion now is to make an impact on people’s lives; giving them hope that they can return to doing the things they love whether it be to play with and lift their grandchildren again or reach an Olympic podium.
